By signing below, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms:
- Consignment Period
Items are consigned for 120 days from the drop-off date and cannot be withdrawn during this period. - Pricing
Valley Vibe determines all pricing. Items may be discounted or included in promotions at our discretion. - Payment
Please select one payment option:
☐ 40% Cheque (minimum $25)
☐ 50% Store Credit
Cheque requests require 2 business days’ notice, must be picked up in person, are not mailed or e-transferred, and should be cashed within 30 days. Lost cheques may be subject to a reissue fee.
- Unsold Items
Unsold items must be picked up within 14 days after the 120-day consignment period. Please provide 2 business days’ notice before pickup. Unclaimed items may be donated.
📌 IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ
Valley Vibe does not contact consignors when their consignment period ends. It is your responsibility to monitor your account, collect unsold items, and request payment. Any items or funds left unclaimed for one (1) year after the end of the consignment period will be deemed abandoned, become the property of Valley Vibe Consignment Boutique, and your consignor account will be permanently closed.
- Liability
Valley Vibe is not responsible for loss, theft, fire, or damage due to circumstances beyond our control.
Acknowledgement
I acknowledge that I have read this agreement, understand my responsibilities as a consignor, have had the opportunity to ask questions, and agree to these terms.
