Valley Vibe Consignment Agreement

Item Acceptance ______
Items found to be unsuitable (stains, damage, excessive wear) may be donated or held for pickup if the consignor is notified by email. Items must be collected within 7 business days or will be donated.
Pricing & Sales ______
Pricing is set by Valley Vibe based on brand, condition, and demand. Items may be discounted or included in promotions at our discretion.
Consignment Term ______
The consignment period is 120 days from drop-off. Items cannot be withdrawn during this time and an itemized inventory list will not be provided.
Payment ______
Consignors receive 40% of the final sale price by cheque or 50% store credit. Two business days notice is required for cheques. No cheques under $25. Cheques are not mailed or e‑transferred and must be picked up within 3 months or will convert to store credit.
End of Term – Unsold Items ______
Unsold items may be picked up within 14 calendar days after the 120‑day term with 2 business days notice. Items not collected within this period are considered unclaimed and may be donated due to limited storage.
Consignor Responsibility ______
Consignors must track their agreement end date, arrange pickup of unsold items, monitor account activity, request payouts, and keep contact information current. Valley Vibe is not obligated to provide reminders.
Inactive Accounts ______
Accounts with no activity for 1 year may be removed from the system and remaining balances or items become property of Valley Vibe.
Liability ______
Reasonable care is taken with all items; however, Valley Vibe is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage due to unforeseen circumstances.
